Day 2 – Athens – City Tour – Without Acropolis Museum (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will take a panoramic tour along the main avenues of Athens, highlighting Panepistimiou Avenue (University). We will pass by Syntagma Square, the Parliament, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which we will admire alongside the colorful uniforms of the Evzones guards outside the Royal Palace. We continue to the Kalimarmaro Stadium, site of the first modern Olympic Games (1896). Then we will travel to the sacred rock of the Acropolis, a pilgrimage to the cradle of Western civilization. Among its many attractions, we will visit the Theatre of Herodes Atticus, the Propylaea, the Parthenon, the Erechtheion (or Temple of the Caryatids), and the small Temple of Athena Nike. A stop at the Acropolis's panoramic tower will allow us to explain everything we see from there, such as the eight hills of Athens (Lycabettus, Pnyx, Philopappos, etc.) as well as the city of Athens itself. We will observe the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament, the Zappio, and more. Later, we will make another stop to admire the ancient Theatre of Dionysus. If you wish, you can stroll through the picturesque streets of the Plaka district and return to the hotel on your own. The rest of the day is free, and overnight stay is included.

Day 3 – Athens – Mykonos (B)

At the scheduled time, transfer to the port of Piraeus to board the ferry to Mykonos. Upon arrival, disembark and transfer to your chosen hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4 – Mykonos (B)

Free day in Mykonos to enjoy the sea and the wonderful, world-famous beaches, as well as the vibrant nightlife, a summer hotspot for the international jet set. It's a small island, less than 90 km², but world-renowned for its beaches and entertainment. Naturally, the main economic activity is tourism, and the facilities for this purpose, such as hotels, restaurants, and abundant, high-quality beach infrastructure, are always respected, respecting traditional architecture to preserve the island's aesthetic. Beach clubs and electronic music are synonymous with summer in Mykonos; it's no wonder Mykonos has been called the "Ibiza of Greece." But on the island of Mykonos, you can always find a quiet, relaxing corner, a secluded beach away from the bustling crowds, to enjoy the tranquility of rural life. Or you can opt for a trip back in time, taking the short boat ride to the museum-island of Delos, which is just 20 minutes away from the port of Chora, the island's capital. It's well worth a visit to one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece.

Day 5 – Mykonos – Santorini (B)

At the designated time, transfer to the port to board the ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival on the island, transfer to your chosen hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Day 6 – Santorini (B)

Free day on the volcanic island of Santorini, known for its unique sunsets. In its capital, Fira, perched on the cliff and accessible by cable car or donkey, you can admire the whitewashed houses, narrow streets, open-air cafes, and the famous sunset. Santorini is a spectacular stop for dozens of tourist cruise ships and hundreds of sailboats that anchor in its small coves at the foot of its steep slopes, in the natural anchorage formed by the sunken caldera of the ancient volcano. The multitude of visitors from all over the world has fostered a free and international atmosphere. Many foreigners have settled on the island and established small shops selling handicrafts, jewelry, and art. There are also numerous bars and restaurants, providing a vibrant nightlife in Santorini. Due to its volcanic soil, the island is very fertile. For this reason, the quality of Santorini's agricultural products is well known worldwide. One of the island's specialties is wine. The vines are trained in a way unique to Santorini, their branches arranged to resemble a basket. This protects them from the strong winds. Other agricultural products Santorini specializes in include fava beans, a vegetable similar to but smaller than a pea; a type of cherry tomato that grows only on Santorini; and kapari, a pea-sized vegetable used in the famous Greek salad. The island of Santorini also produces a goat's milk cheese called chloro.

OPTIONAL: We suggest taking one of the regular or private excursions to visit the volcano and beaches of Nea Kameni or Palea Kameni.

Day 7 – Santorini – Athens (B)

Enjoy your last breakfast on the island and transfer from your hotel to the island's port. Board the ferry to Athens. Upon arrival in Athens, transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 8 – Athens – Return (B)

Breakfast at your hotel and at the indicated time, departure to the airport and boarding for your international flight.
